  • BVA coaches are selected for their experience, professionalism, and commitment to youth development. All coaches operate within the BVA curriculum and coaching standards.

  • While each coach brings individual strengths, training quality and structure remain consistent across all programs.

  • BVA coaches are supported through internal mentoring and shared curriculum development to ensure continuity for athletes and families.
